We use Organic Espresso Beans to create our Coffee Bean Bars. After adding a generous amount of cracked beans we added the sweetness of delicate dried currants and pure chocolate and coconut extracts. Just before baking we spray them with freshly brewed coffee. These bars are enjoyed by those who don't even drink coffee.
